Quattro House is a vacant office building located at Wellington Circle, Aberdeen. The building has been vacant since 2016 and despite continuing efforts to lease or sell the property to an owner occupier there has been no interest for its use in its current form. Therefore, an alternative solution needs to be explored for the reuse of this building.
The proposed development at Quattro House seeks to reuse and repurpose this vacant unit to provide residential units in a sustainable location.
The proposals include the demolition of the southern wing and part of the main building currently on site. It is proposed to replace the southern wing with new build residential apartments. For the main building, it is proposed to repurpose and convert it to residential apartments, including additional upper storeys.
The development would include amenity space, landscaping and parking for the new residents.
The proposal is in the early concept stages, with much of the detail to be considered and finalised before a planning application is submitted.
